Gift something different this year

We’ve identified a technical issue, where direct debit and credit card payments haven’t been processed as scheduled for some of our customers.

You should see your payment leave your designated account a day or so later than scheduled. You don’t need to do anything, and your cover is not impacted.

Help someone tick off a bucket list item, treat them to a concert, an annual membership to an art gallery or museum, or a degustation dinner. Gift an experience and a great memory all in one.  

Make an environmental difference.

Got an environmentally conscious recipient in mind? Trees that count is a New Zealand based organisation that facilitates the planting of native trees at community-based planting projects around the country. For as little as $10 you can gift 1 native tree in your recipient’s name. 

A skill. 

Gift your loved ones a suite of lessons, or an item that will help them develop a new hobby or skill. From pottery lessons to dance lessons there are plenty of options available – you could even sign up and do the lesson together. Alternatively, if you’ve recently learned a new skill like calligraphy, terrariums, or jewellery, gift a handmade creation.   

A service.

Time is money. Give your loved ones your undivided attention by helping them out with a life admin task. Help with home renovations, gardening projects, de-clutters or after-school care to name a few.
