Fidelity Life celebrates advisers delivering for their customers.

New Zealand’s largest locally owned life insurer, Fidelity Life, is bringing back its Customer engagement initiative to recognise advisers who go above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service.

Registrations for the 2024 initiative close on 10 May, with the qualifying period running from 1-April – 31-July 2024. Advisers will be assessed according to their customers’ engagement and satisfaction, as measured by net promoter score ratings.

The 25 top performing advisers will be invited to an advanced customer engagement forum over 3 days in September. This forum will enable advisers to share best practice knowledge and insights and discuss how the financial advice industry can continue to make a real and lasting difference to New Zealanders.

We’re really proud to stand behind the amazing work our adviser partners do for their customers and for their communities, and relaunching our Customer engagement initiative is one way we’re celebrating our best advice professionals.”

Fidelity Life held its first Customer engagement initiative in 2020 but it was subsequently put on hold due to Covid-related disruptions.
