Financial relief for customers impacted by the
recent regional droughts.

Our thoughts are with those of you impacted by the recent drought in many regions across New Zealand. To support you during this time, we’ve developed a relief offer for customers suffering from financial hardship. The regions included in the relief offer are those stated in the Government’s recent medium-scale adverse event announcement.


What’s available to you.

If you’ve been suffering financial hardship as a direct result of the recent drought in the affected regions included in the Government's medium-scale adverse event and can supply evidence, and we accept your application, we’ll waive your premiums for up to 3-months with the potential to extend for up to a further 3-months, whilst keeping your cover in place.
