The areas included in the relief offer are those stated in the State of Local Emergency declaration announced by the Government on 22-October & 24-October 2025.
What’s available to you.
If you’ve been suffering financial hardship as a direct result of the recent severe weather in the affected areas included in the State of Local Emergency declaration announcement and can supply evidence, and we accept your application, we’ll waive your premiums for up to 3-months with the potential to extend for up to a further 3-months, whilst keeping your cover in place. If you're experiencing hardship, we're here to support you with confidential expert guidance from Raise. You could have access to up to 3 free counselling sessions.
Simply reach out to our Customer value team to discuss your situation – they’ll guide you through the referral process so you can receive timely, tailored support. This could be to help with:
