    Financial Advisers (also called Financial Advisors) provide financial advice or guidance to customers about financial products . As well as assisting with life insurance, Financial Advisers may provide other services (depending on their qualifications) including investment management, income tax preparation and estate planning, which gives them an overview of your financial position allowing them to make recommendations suitable for your needs and goals.

    Many insurance providers in New Zealand choose to sell insurance directly to the public. We think that making sure you and your family are properly covered with an appropriate insurance plan is an important process that shouldn’t be rushed through in a few minutes.

How do I submit a Claim?

    It is important that you provide the following details so we can get the right information out to you as soon as possible:

    • The name of the insured person
    • The policy number
    • Date of disablement
    • Diagnosis of disablement
    • If the claim is as a result of an illness or accident/injury

    Requirements will be sent out within 24 hours of us having all this information.

  • Life Cover

    It is important that you provide the following details so we can get the right information out to you as soon as possible:

    • The name of the insured person
