Brian is a highly experienced and respected business figure in New Zealand having held a number of senior positions and directorships. In 2013 he retired from DB Breweries after 20 years as CEO and Managing Director before taking up the role of Chair of the company’s board for a further year.
A Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, he has considerable governance experience. He is currently Chair of Hynds Limited and Barworks Hospitality Group. He also chairs the New Zealand Leadership Institute, part of the Auckland University Business School.
Anne has been a Director of Fidelity Life since 2011 and holds numerous other positions including directorships of TSB Bank Limited, TSB Group Investments Limited, Fisher Funds Management Limited, New Zealand Venture Investment Fund Ltd and Committee for Auckland. Anne has a background in banking, governance and strategic advice.
Simon is a chartered financial analyst. He has held a number of executive and governance roles, including with ANZ Bank and Brook Asset Management Limited.
He has a broad knowledge of local and global investment markets and regulatory regimes. Simon was a member of the Securities Commission and chaired the FMA Establishment Board. He currently holds a number of directorships including Callaghan Innovation and is Chair of Serko Limited.
Alan is an internationally experienced CEO and marketing director, who has worked for high profile national and global organisations including Telecom (now Spark Limited) and Heineken International. He is currently a Principal and Director of Quantiful Limited, a marketing technology company he founded, focused on the use of big data and machine learning to provide analytics based insights and consumer engagement programmes.
Alan holds a number of directorships with companies including Designworks (NZ) Limited and Moana New Zealand. He is also an investor and director of a number of data and digitally focused early growth companies including STQRY. Alan is a Trustee of Eden Park.
Jeff is a Chartered Accountant and a partner in Meltzer Mason, which specialises in liquidations and receiverships, with particular expertise in solvent liquidations. His firm is well-known as insolvency specialists involved with liquidations, receiverships and workouts. He also acts as a commercial mediator for disputes resolution. Jeff is a former Director of Housing New Zealand Limited, a Government owned entity that owns over 64,000 residential properties designated for social housing.
Hamish has extensive international experience in using technology to transform the customer experience across the aviation, retail banking, retail, FMCG, automotive and telecommunications industries.
He is Chief Executive Officer at ClearPoint, one of New Zealand’s leading digital engineering firms, and previously led Air New Zealand’s global digital distribution channels, digital marketing capability and customer facing technology.
Appointed to the Board by the NZ Super Fund, Lindsay is a risk, financial and governance professional, based in Australia. A qualified actuary, Lindsay has experience in Australia, New Zealand and Asia, where he has held board, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Actuary roles in large financial institutions, global reinsurers and consultancies, including his own.
Lindsay holds a number of directorships in Australia including the BT Financial Group insurance companies, The Infants’ Home and chair of The Salvation Army Employment Plus. Lindsay is a former President of the Actuaries Institute in Australia and an experienced audit and risk committee chair.

Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Nadine is responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s strategic plan; and facilitating and overseeing the company’s day to day operations.
Nadine is a highly experienced executive in the Financial Services sector with a background working in both local and international markets. She has proven experience in leading and developing high performing teams through inspirational authentic leadership, coaching and clear communication with an overall values based approach. Nadine brings a unique ability to connect with people in a way that inspires excellence, commitment and high levels of engagement. Nadine joined Fidelity Life in October 2016.
Chief Risk Officer
Anna is responsible for ensuring all risk and compliance requirements for Fidelity Life are understood and there is an effective framework embedded within the business to meet them. Anna has over 15 years’ experience, having previously worked at Deloitte New Zealand and RSA (United Kingdom). She has been with Fidelity Life since February 2008.
Chief Transformation Officer
Mark is responsible for translating strategy into delivery, with a focus on technology and operational change. He has over 11 years’ experience in financial services, holding senior roles in Distribution, Marketing, Technology and Operations.
Chief People Officer
Tanya joined Fidelity Life in March 2018, and will continue to strengthen our culture and support our focus on high performance and engagement.
An ICC Accredited Business Coach, Tanya is a highly talented executive with more than 20 years’ experience in New Zealand’s insurance industry. She has held senior roles at Partners Life, IAG New Zealand, Royal Sun Alliance, ACE Insurance and Sovereign Insurance.
Chief Operations Officer
Kath’s passionate about putting customers first and will join Fidelity Life in August 2019. Previously she was Executive General Manager Claims at Gallagher Bassett and has held various senior operations management roles with Sovereign. Kath will oversee our Offer, Underwriting, New Business, Customer Services and Claims teams.
Chief Financial Officer
Simon joined Fidelity Life as CFO in August 2018 and oversees our Finance, Actuarial, Legal and Strategy teams.
A Chartered Accountant since 1989, Simon is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has extensive financial services experience in New Zealand, Hong Kong and the UK, including with ANZ, AMP and Deloitte in New Zealand, and Equitable Life and Eagle Star in the UK.
Chief Distribution Officer
Having joined Fidelity Life in October 2017, Adrian is responsible for driving Fidelity Life’s unified distribution strategy, including Retail, Group and Strategic Alliances.
Adrian brings a strong background in insurance and adviser networks to Fidelity Life. He has held senior executive roles at Sovereign and Zurich Australia and most recently has been Head of Customer Strategy at icare NSW where he drove customer strategy for Australia’s largest general insurance services provider delivering insurance and care services on behalf of the New South Wales Government.
