Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme

The Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme is managed by Grosvenor Investment Management Limited (Grosvenor), a proudly New Zealand owned company which has been administering Kiwis' savings for over 15 years.

Important information for current members of the Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme

The Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme is now closed to new members.

Grosvenor is no longer accepting applications to join the Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme. Instead new members are able to join the Grosvenor KiwiSaver Scheme. Grosvenor has applied to the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) for their approval to transfer members of the Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme to the Grosvenor KiwiSaver Scheme.

Until the change is approved, there is no impact to members of the Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme. Current members can continue to make contributions, receive any employer and Government contributions, make permitted withdrawals, and switch investment funds. For more information about the proposed changes, click here.

About the Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme:

A wide range of investment funds

The Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme has nine different investment funds, from conservative funds focused on capital preservation through to high risk funds with the potential for higher returns. Members are able to change their fund allocation once a month free of charge.

A Disclosure Statement required under the Financial Advisers Act 2008 is available, on request and free of charge, from your financial adviser.

Life Phases Investment Strategy

If selected, Life Phases automatically allocates your contributions and accumulated balances to a Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme Investment Fund (or Funds) based on your age. A reallocation process then takes place every five years, starting at 40 years of age and ending at 60 years of age. Click here to find out more about Life Phases.

Free Accidental Death Cover

Under certain conditions, if the unexpected happens and you die as a result of an accident while you are a contributing member of the Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme, your KiwiSaver balance will be topped up to $10,000 and paid out to your estate. Customer Service

Like Fidelity Life, Grosvenor believes in good, old-fashioned, service. When you invest in the Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme, you will always talk to a real person in New Zealand and not an automated voice system or overseas call centre. The Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme client services team is friendly and always willing to help.

Your can also view and manage almost every aspect of your Fidelity KiwiSaver Scheme account online through Grosvenor’s easy to use website. Click here to log in.

If you have any questions, you can talk to your financial adviser, call Grosvenor’s Customer Care Centre on 0800 336 338, or click here to send an email.
